Getting started

Install Givanta on a compatible iPad, choose a subscription and connect your organisation’s Square account and active location.

Device licensing

The Single plan permits one active Givanta payment device. The Multi plan permits up to five. An attached payment reader does not use a separate licence.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square and deposited according to your Square account settings. Givanta does not receive or hold donated funds.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed and managed through your Apple Account.

Email support@givanta.com.au. Include your organisation name, device identifier if available, and a clear description of the issue.

Before launch, configure this mailbox or forwarding address in your domain email settings.
